Born in Cosenza (Italy) in 1968, Tatiana Trouvé has developed a vast and ambitious body of work in which drawing and sculpture intersect in a permanent back-and-forth movement. Her work in three-dimensional space proceeds from the invention of places to be (re)inhabited, while her graphic production, which is essentially two-dimensional, gives rise, like so many scenes, to fragmentary arrangements of architectural, landscape and furniture elements that evoke the work of dreams and their mechanisms.
