Description
Mona Hatoum :
Born in Beirut in 1952 and now living between London and Berlin, Mona Hatoum questions body limits, whether it is the human or the social ones.
She creates works from organic and industrial materials such as pieces of hair, body fluids or wire netting. Electricity, magnetism, temperature, sound and video are all elements that can be added to her artworks to bring more efficiently the viewer into the center of the scene.
